Games Workshop has added a new version of the Vampire Counts Fantasy book with all new sculpts to go with it! Every Vampire Counts player needs a Coven Throne/Mortis Engine – if only because they look so amazing. The house rule is you get your models taken away if you paint them like Spanish Moss as they do on the cover of the boxes. Come in and check it out.

Roleplaying Minis are back!!! WizKids and Paizo teamed up to bring blind booster roleplaying minis back. I’ve opened a couple bricks already for individual sale. Other than the one with the tiny mutant head, they’re absolutely gorgeous. Even Tiny Mutant-Head Mini is expertly painted.         Come forge a new world!
        The dawn of a new world is here! Risk Legacy, the new addition to the long line of amazing Risk games has finally arrived! This game will completely change the way you look at Risk. The world constantly evolves each time the game is played, things that are done in every game of Risk Legacy will effect every subsequent game of Risk played on that board. The game is very similar to the regular version of risk with some small added changes, things like each faction having a minor special power, and a new accelerated game system that allows the game to be played quickly without ever slowing down and being drug out for hours at a time.

        There is also prizes for winning! Renaming continents (yes writing on my game board), adding cities(permanently), destroying resource cards (Yes destroying them, as in TEAR THEM UP), removing scars from the table (scars are permanent bonuses that players can sometime add to the game board itself), or improving resource cards.

        The previous games played have changed how the game is played. There will no longer be a signup for factions, rather just a generic signup. Factions are now decided by draft format.
        Due to the large group that arrived to play last week to ensure players are rotated fairly, the winner of all games during this evening will step out for any player waiting in the wings. Allowing each player opportunities to change to the world.
