special orders
Our store gladly accepts special orders on items we do not currently have in stock. Furthermore if the item is not normally stocked by us then we'll give you a 10% discount on it - if we don't have to put it on a shelf then you get a discount! We usually fulfill special orders within one week or less. If an item cannot be ordered by us then we will contact you and let you know. We do not mail special orders so you must be able to get to our store to retrieve your order.
To make a special order you can:
- use the form below to make a special order request immediately
- download a copy of our special order form, print it, fill it out, and bring it in
- call us at 540-785-4263 and place a special order
- come into the store and place your special order directly
